Diminished Value in Utah
In the state of Utah, car owners have up to three years to make their diminished value claim after the event of an accident. The state law also covers uninsured motorists seeking diminished value claims but does not cover at-fault drivers. They also only apply to situations where the car is repairable and where you are actually damaged financially.
