Diminished Value in Nevada
Nevada will entertain diminished value claims for up to three years. Otherwise, the case is considered invalid. You must also have auto insurance to be entitled to a claim. Nevada law enforces full reimbursement to meet the fair market value, whether that means added payments to repair costs or full payment if the car is totaled. See the case below for more details.
